Terms & Conditions

Please read the following carefully before booking your appointment.

Payments

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking — whether for bridal makeup or any other service. This deposit is payable via bank transfer at the time of booking and secures your date exclusively for you.

Cancellations

In the event that you choose to cancel your booking at any stage, please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable. We strongly recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment, particularly for bridal and peak-season dates.

Reservation Termination

MZ Makeup reserves the right to cancel any booking without refund if any member of the client's party engages in abusive, violent, threatening or offensive behaviour towards the artist. The safety and wellbeing of our artist is paramount.

Photography

By engaging our services, the client grants permission for MZ Makeup to use any photographs taken during or after the appointment for promotional and publicity purposes, including social media and the website. If you would prefer your images not to be used, please inform us prior to your appointment.

Travel

The makeup session fee includes travel within a 7-mile radius of Dunstable. For appointments requiring travel beyond 7 miles, an additional travel charge will apply. This will be discussed and agreed with the client at the time of booking.
